"Messages of Division" in the May 16 Election.

"In this election it is very clear, that messages of division, did not resonate with voters. And none of those people that were really running on that message, won." said Melissa Barnes-Dholakia Bend LaPine School Board, Zone 6.

Is she referring to her direct opponent Chet Wamboldt, who got +8,700 votes, that ran on the platform to Represent Families, Maintain the Well-Being of our Children, and Build a Stronger Community through Foundational Education?

Is Representing Families a message of division? Is maintaining the well-being of our children a message of division? Is building a stronger community through foundational education a message of division? I'm not sure I know what she is talking about.

Maybe it was Sherrie Grieef running for zone 7, who got 8,225 votes, whose platform is Back to the Basics!! Reading, Writing, Arithmetic, Policy Reform, and Parental Rights.

Now if Reading, Writing, and Arithmetic are divisive to a School Board Director, then that might be a problem. Right?

I suppose she could have been referring to Parental Rights as being a message of division. We'll have to look into that a little further.

On Melissa's FB page, you can view her posts, like it, but you can not comment. So we will have to find other means to contact her about that.

Good luck getting in touch with her. These woke folks like to hide.
